Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services
Did you know, on June 15, 2018 the Real Estate Council of British Columbia implimented a change in how Realtors represent consumers? Consumers can now be represented by a Realtor either as a 'Client' or and 'Unrepresented Party' . The video below gives and explanation of the mandatory 'Disclosure of Representation of Trading Services' form and the difference between being a Client and an Unrepresented Pary.
